Fees when you use form payments
These fees apply only when you collect event fees or ticket payments through a form. Creating surveys and AI analysis are not charged these fees. Stripe processing fees are included in the totals below.

What does the free plan include?
Up to 10 questions per form, 100 responses per month, and 3 AI reports per month. AI survey creation, AI test answers, CSV import, QR sharing, website embedding, and bot protection are free too.
How does the free trial work?
The first time you upgrade to Pro, you get a 5-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, and you are not charged if you cancel during the trial. Trial details
Can I get receipts with my company name?
Yes. Save receipts addressed to your company name as PDF from the account page. The Japanese invoice registration number (T3110001035262) is printed on them.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel Pro at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You move back to the free plan and your forms and responses stay. Pro-only features stop working.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is $157.92 per year, which works out to $13.16 per month and saves 27% compared with monthly billing.
How does pricing work for teams?
Billing is per organization. When an organization subscribes to Pro, every member gets Pro features.
