Can I import answers collected with Google Forms or Microsoft Forms?

Yes. Use "Import CSV" on the dashboard to load a CSV exported from Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or Excel. The first row must be the question headers. UTF-8 and Shift_JIS files are supported, and Repoan infers the question types automatically. Each file can have up to 5,000 rows and 60 columns. Imported rows count toward your monthly response limit.

What can I do on the free plan?

Up to 10 questions per form, 100 responses per month, and 3 AI reports per month. AI survey creation, AI test answers, CSV import, QR sharing, CSV export, and bot protection are all included at no cost.

Can I check the results screen and report before I publish?

Yes. Click "AI test answers" on the responses page and AI creates 1 to 10 sample answers that match your questions. Check the results screen and the AI report, then publish. Test answers are tagged and can be deleted in one click.

How is my data protected?

All traffic is SSL-encrypted. Data is stored on Cloudflare's global network, and Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled for bot protection. A link to your privacy notice can be shown on the first screen of each form. We handle data according to our privacy policy.

Can I use this with a team?

Yes. Create an organization and invite members. Share forms and reports across the team. Billing is per organization, so every member gets Pro features.

What does "build a survey with AI" actually mean?

Tell Repoan your objective in plain language, such as "I want to measure customer satisfaction," and the AI proposes a complete question set. Add, remove, or rewrite questions by chatting. Common questions (consent to quote comments, photo and video use, future announcements, accessibility requests, contact email) can be added from a menu.

What does the AI analysis report look like?

AI analyzes your responses and produces a report with a summary, key findings, and recommended next steps. Multiple-choice answers become charts, and open-text answers are summarized and grouped. Save the report as PDF or share it with a link.

Can I embed forms on my existing website?

Yes. Paste a one-line script tag. Two display modes are supported: an inline iframe, or a floating popup button.

Can I get receipts for company expenses?

Yes. For Pro plan payments, open a receipt addressed to your company name from the account page and save it as PDF. The invoice registration number (T3110001035262) is printed on it.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel Pro at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then move back to Free. Your data is preserved.

What Google Calendar data does Repoan access?

Repoan uses Google Calendar only for availability lookups (calendar.readonly scope) and to create events (calendar.events scope). The FreeBusy API returns only busy/free status, and Repoan never reads event details. Calendar data is not stored server-side and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke the integration at any time. See our privacy policy.
