We shipped an update focused on the survey builder, based on the places where people told us they kept getting stuck.
1. Add and move questions anywhere
Until now, "Add question" always appended the new question at the bottom. With 20 or 30 questions, dragging it up to the right spot was tedious.
Each question card now has three controls:
- Add below: creates a new question right under the one you are looking at, scrolls to it, and puts the cursor in the question text
- Move up / Move down: swaps one position at a time
- Move to: pick a question number to jump across the form in one step
Drag-and-drop still works. Display conditions reference questions by ID, so reordering does not break branching.
2. AI that learns how you build surveys
When you build a survey in the AI chat, your habits — "I always ask this first", "our company never uses 4-point scales" — had to be re-explained every time.
Repoan now tallies your past surveys and includes the result in every instruction it sends to the AI:

No AI is involved in this tally. It simply counts your own question data, nothing is sent elsewhere for it, and you can inspect the result on screen at any time.
Above the chat input on the survey creation page there is now a "Use my survey style" section:
- Habits and preferences: free text such as "under 10 questions", "use 5-point scales, never 4", "end with a free-text question". Passed to the AI every time
- Reference surveys: choose up to 5. The AI reads their question lists and proposes new questions with the same structure, wording, and granularity. It does not copy them verbatim
- Re-learn from my surveys: refresh the tally after you create more forms. It also refreshes automatically once a day
Switch it on or off whenever you like. With it off, proposals are based on the conversation alone, as before.
3. Edit thank-you pages block by block, publish with one switch
A thank-you page (shown after submission) can be generated by AI from any website URL. But once generated, changing a heading color or adding a button was not possible beyond basic text formatting.
The editor has been rebuilt:
- Block editing: click any element and a panel opens on the right with text color, background color, font size, padding, corner radius, and alignment. Move, duplicate, or delete the block from the same panel
- Insert blocks: hero, three benefits, CTA button, two columns, FAQ, divider, download buttons, and footer — inserted right below the selected block, in the same design language as the AI-generated page
- Text color and size apply directly to the selected text range
- Download button placeholder is shown as a locked chip so it cannot be deleted by accident
Publishing now uses the same toggle switch as the form editor. Turning it on saves immediately and confirms with "Published". The list view has the same switch on every row.
A thank-you page has no standalone URL. Once published, it becomes selectable under "After submission" in the form editor and is shown right after a response is submitted.
How to use
- Open any form in the editor. Each question shows "Add below" at the top right and "Move up / Move down / Move to" at the top left
- Open Create a new survey. "Use my survey style" appears above the input; open "Preferences" to add notes and reference surveys
- Thank-you pages (Pro) are under Thank-you pages. Click any element on the page to open the editing panel
